This 13-pc set offers a diverse selection of knives to accomplish any task in a well-stocked kitchen: 10" Bread Knife, 12.25" Butcher Steel, 5.25" Scalloped Edge Multi-Purpose, Meat Fork, Double Edge Peeler, Paring Knife, 3.25" Vegetable Knife, 5" Boning Knife, 6.25" and 10.25" Chef Knives, 9.5" Spatula, 12" Slicer, 6.25" Fish Knife. Each Grand Maître knife features a one-piece handle that is injection molded to the tang using Grilon™, a hermetically sealed, fatigue-free, non-slip polyamide that will never deteriorate, is non-porous, and is resistant to high temperatures. Blended steel blades for shine, sharpness, flexibility, corrosion, stain & acid resistance. Hand wash. Comes in its own durable plastic case for safe storage that will prolong the life of your investment.
